Research Coach Sharon O'Leary is the Director of the Community Resource Connections office,a City of Morro Bay Service which is now celebrating 9 years of community outreach.
She is the Morro Bay Representative for the Estero Bay RU OK? Program.
Sharon is a member of Morro Bay Lions Club and assists at the Monday Night Dinners and Lions Car Give-Aways, among other duties, She is also a founder of Estero Bay Alliance for Care (EBAC), and is a board member of Los Osos Cares (501c3)'
She also coordinates services for agencies such as Department of Social Services and Food Bank, as well as Morro Bay, R U OK?.
She networks regularly with Los Osos Cares Resouirce Center.
Sharon schedules office use with agencies such as Eckerd Connects Workforce Development, Transitions Mental Health, the Community Action Partnership,and the Morro Bay Community Dinner.
Resource Coach Barbara Ramsdell manages the Community Resource Connections Budget and is a member of Circle of Friends, a charitable organization that provides one meal per month for the Community Dinner on Mondays at the Vet's Hall.
She also volunteers for Lisa Ray Children's Resource Network doing outreach for children.
Resource Coach Robert Jonez , Cat Lover, Published Author, Website Designer, Power Point Designer, manages Website and Media Activities for the Community Resource Connections Office and Special Projects for EBAC.
Special projects for Estero Bay Alliance for Care (EBAC) include currently monitoring efforts to create Safe Parking in our region.

She is a Community Activist and Research Assistant, putting together 2 awesome binders of current informaion providing quick access to essential statistics and inquiries..
Resource Coach Sarah Hart is a Cuesta College student, majoring in Human Services, with awesome computer skills who gives generously of her time to the Community Resource Connections Office. Last year. as a class project, she updated the Food Bank and Resource List, then produced it as a three-fold color brochure.
